Month to Month memberships require a 30-day notice to cancel. 12-month memberships have a $59.99 buy out for any reason with a 30-day notice. 12-14 years of age may purchase a membership with parent/guardian waiver & release form signed. Must have trainer or adult supervision to exercise. Adult must have membership. 15-17 years of age may purchase a membership. Must have parent/guardian waiver & release form signed within 7 days.
